1. Our aim

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control or zoom. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in both light and dark mode.

2. How we test the site

Before a page goes live, it is checked with automated accessibility tests in light and dark mode at phone, tablet and desktop sizes, and its main tasks are tried with a keyboard. [Independent audit, if the client commissions one]

3. Known problems

[Any problems found in the audit before launch]

4. Telling us about a problem

If anything on the site is hard to use, tell us which page and what happened. We will help you book another way while we fix it.
