How does the 60/40 payment work?
You pay 60% to hold your seats, any time up to 7 days before departure. The other 40% is due the day before you travel. We remind you by email and WhatsApp before each payment. [Final wording from the client]
Can I pay with Mobile Money?
Yes. You can pay with MTN, Telecel or AT Mobile Money, or by card. You enter your number in the secure Paystack window, so you only type it once.
Can you run a trip just for my group?
Yes. Any trip can run as a private trip for your group, on your dates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, if you cancel more than 48 hours before departure. You get back what you have paid, minus a 10% fee. Within 48 hours there is no refund, except in cases of force majeure. See Cancellations and refunds for the full policy.
